Eric was born in Atlanta, but grew up in Alabama where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from University of Arizona Global. His dedication to personal and professional growth had Eric enlisting in the United States Air Force. While in the military, Eric honed his leadership and organizational skills and enhanced his ability to connect to others as the leader of his unit. As a devoted husband and father of two, Eric specifically understands the complexities and challenges of special needs families since his older daughter is on the autism spectrum. We at ReClif feel that Eric’s personal experiences shaped him into an exceptional coach and have fueled his passion for creating positive, sensory friendly environments where all can thrive. Eric and his family enjoy ReClif Community outings and time spent with family and friends.
“While in the Air Force, I developed strong interpersonal skills that have been invaluable in my work with children and adults with special needs. I was honored to be recognized with coins from two commanders from my commitment to inner city outreach, specifically working with school children facing various challenges. This experience ignited my passion for helping those who might feel marginalized or misunderstood. Working at ReClif has cemented the genuine desire to make a positive impact. I believe in the power of connection and the importance of understanding each individual’s unique needs. Together, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for all.”
